A local female TikToker took to the video sharing platform to share a scary experience she encountered recently. As seen in a video posted on her account, she exposed a man who attempted to break into her car while she was alone.
The lady, known as Emma Ariffin, appeared in an interview with mStar recently to detail the scary incident. According to her, she was waiting for her husband and her kid, in their car. They went out to a barbershop located somewhere at Jalan Chow Kit, KL.
“My hubs, along with my child, went out to get their haircut at a shop across the street. I didn’t tag along, so I waited in the car. Furthermore, it was raining at that time (at about 6pm). Just five minutes after they left, suddenly a guy came approaching our car. He appeared looking insane. His clothes looked dirty,” Emma remembered.
She added by saying, “I’ve seen people like him around this area, but this time it was different. He was trying so hard to open the car door.” Emma recalled that she immediately locked her car door to prevent the man from entering the vehicle. Shen told the local portal, “Only God knows how I felt at that moment. I was panicking because my husband was so far away (from the car). He attempted to open the car door more than three times!”
She then added, “Although it was raining at that time, he still stood outside the car for almost 15 minutes. Afterwards, I saw him unzipping his pants, before fastening it again. I didn’t know what to do because I was so scared, so I only recorded a video of him. He also took something out of his shirt pocket, but I didn’t pay close attention to it. I only saw him smearing our car (with that thing), before leaving the area.”
During the same interview, the Kelantanese lady also explained that she couldn’t reach out to her husband for help, as his phone was left in the car when the incident happened. She also clarified that she posted the video on her TikTok to elaborate on her horrific experience in an effort to raise awareness and prevent other women out there from becoming a victim.
Emma’s post had since gone viral online, garnering over 2.7 million views at the time of writing (Wednesday, 18th May). Watch the video here:
