Ticketing Details For Dream Theater’s “Images, Words & Beyond 25th Anniversary Tour” In Kuala Lumpur Released

In case you didn’t hear, progressive metal maestro band Dream Theater will be coming to Malaysia for the very first time as part of the next leg of their “Images, Words & Beyond 25th Anniversary Tour”, in celebration of their break through RIAA gold- certified album, “Images & Words.”

The world rock phenomenon will be taking the stage at KL Convention Centre on 2nd October 2017 (Monday).

The spectacle will contain an unparalleled live set of “Images & Words” in its entirety, taking fans back in time with time less numbers like “Pull Me Under”, “Another Day”, “Metropolis Part 1” and “Under A Glass”, along with fan favourites from their deep, widely-acclaimed catalogue. Dream Theater comprises of members: John Petrucci (guitar), John Myung (bass), Mike Mangini (drums), James La Brie (vocals) and Jordan Rudess (keyboards and continuum).

Dream Theater has sold over 10 million records worldwide, in addition to earning an outstanding five RIAA gold and platinum certifications, as well as multiple awards and nominations. On 9th April 2013, Images and Words won the award for Metal Madness 2013, defeating ever a lot of the well-known artists such as Ronnie James Dio, Megadeth, AC/DC, and many more.

In 2017, the album was ranked 95th on Rolling Stone’s “100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time”. From the band’s classics all the way through to their latest opus “The Astonishing”, Dream Theater maintains their identity of heavy emotional rock, with deep, meaningful lyrics that strive to lead their fans beyond imagination.

Tickets are available through TicketCharge or via the hotline at +603-92228811. Fans may also purchase tickets at the TicketCharge office and at selected outlets of Speedy video, Victoria Music, Rock Corner, Chambers Music, PJ Live Arts, as well as at the information counters at The Mines shopping mall and 1 Shamelin. For those who wish to purchase tickets at outlets outside of KL, you may visit Eden Ultimate (Kuantan) and Blonde Brunette (Penang).
