Amidst the chaos, President Snow has finally spoken!
The first teaser video for The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 has been revealed as Capitol TV uploaded a video of President Snow’s official Panem address, “Together As One”:
But wait, is that Peeta aka Katniss’s arena partner/lover standing beside President Snow?
Just few days ago, the Capitol started their propaganda campaign by honouring the “district heroes”. If you have read the books, we are sure you’d have a better idea of what was going on in the teaser video and propaganda posters.
Without spoiling too much, the previous film ended with a dramatic cliffhanger as Peeta was captured by the Capitol and Katniss’ hometown District 12 was destroyed. In the next film, we are expected to see Katniss joining the rebels while trying to save Peeta. Based on the best-selling novel of all time, “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1” is a film directed by Francis Lawrence and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik.
