It looks like we’ve got more concerts set for 2025! Renowned Taiwanese singer Chyi Yu (齐豫) recently announced she’s bringing her timeless classics to Kuala Lumpur for a one-night-only show this April!
The singer will hold her “Forever Splendour” concert on 26th April 2025 (Saturday) at Mega Star Arena. The concert is organised by Sunstrong Entertainment, with support from Star Fortress Sdn. Bhd. BookMyShow Malaysia will serve as the official ticketing partner. Ticket prices and seating plans have been released and will go on sale from 13th January 2025 (Monday), 12pm onwards.
Since her debut in 1979, Chyi Yu has captivated audiences with her ethereal voice and emotional singing style. She’s best known for the evergreen masterpiece, “The Olive Tree (橄欖樹)”, which was written by legendary Taiwanese songwriter Li Tai-Hsiang (李泰祥). She has received many awards and accolades throughout her career, including the highest honours in the Chinese music industry.
Chyi Yu last performed in Malaysia in 2018, making this upcoming concert her first Malaysian show in seven years. The legendary singer promises an unforgettable show for her local fans, preparing a list of songs to captivate the audience.
