Great news for fans of Taiwanese singer Joanne Tang, a.k.a 9m88! The R&B star, known for her jazzy tunes, is coming to our shores this June for her solo concert!
The jazzy musician will perform at JioSpace on 8th June 2025 (Sunday) for the Malaysian leg of her “I Just Want To Sing For You” tour. Lucid Live Music has announced ticket prices, with Rock Zone seats priced at RM250 and VIP seats at RM390. VIP ticket holders will stand a chance to win group photo opportunities with 9m88 and a limited edition concert poster. Tickets are available starting 18th April 2025 (Friday) via BookMyShow Malaysia.
9m88 is also heading to Singapore for the tour and will perform at Annexe Studio on 10th June 2025 (Tuesday). This upcoming show will be the singer’s first time in Malaysia since her debut in 2017. She has already expressed excitement about the concert through her social media, writing, “Singapore and Malaysia fans! Just woke up and realised after all these years, I’m finally coming to sing for you!!”.
The rising star’s music style is said to be heavily jazz-influenced but well-blended with R&B, Neo-soul, Hip-hop and Pop. She’s known for her soulful voice and lyricism that resonates with the female emotion. She has worked with the likes of Taiwanese-American rapper ØZI and Taiwanese rapper Leo Wang.
