4. #SunwaySafeStay

Visitors can also be rest assured that the hotel has implemented new normal standard operating procedures (SOPs) which incorporates 5 pillars of safety and hygiene comprising over 30 protocols of heightened cleaning practices.

  • Upon arrival at level 9, the first checkpoint consists of contactless temperature checks and hand sanitisation.
  • Luggages will be sanitised by the staff.
  • Using the MySejahtera app to scan and check in.
  • At the front desk, there will be another QR code that leads to a self-declaration form about one’s travel and health details.
  • Once the check-in process is completed, we headed to our room where we noticed a green notification card on the door knob.
  • It’s essentially the 10 high touch-point hygiene protocols used to thoroughly clean and sanitise the room (especially surfaces that we commonly come in contact with).

4. Fitness Centre and Swimming Pool

Located on the 11th floor, the facilities also adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Sunway Safe Stay protocols. The allocation duration for each session is 45 minutes long.

The gym is open from 7am to 9pm daily. Those intending to break a sweat will be given disposable rubber gloves and hand towels. On the other hand, the swimming pool only operates between 7am to 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
