CABBEEN and 2AM unveiled a limited-time pop-up that fused rebellious tailoring with futuristic 3D-printed footwear in one immersive retail moment.
On 4th March, fans gathered at The Starhill for the opening of the five-day takeover, where CABBEEN’s oversized luggage-inspired architectural installation met next-generation 3D sneakers — blurring the lines between fashion, culture and innovation.

The launch drew a strong celebrity presence, including singer-rapper Eva Suyan, fashion designer Hatta Dolmat, singer-songwriter Yazmin Aziz, emcee-radio DJ Fiqrie Dahari and model-actor Zhen Ning, alongside KOLs Camelia Natasya, Danny Koo, Nadhir Nasar, Zoey Rahman and Zarif Ghaz.
Most notably, brand founder Yang Ziming — widely known as Mr Cabbeen — flew in from China to personally attend the event.
“As the first Chinese brand to debut at New York Fashion Week in 2007, what’s not to like about CABBEEN?” said Fiqrie when met at the event. “And I stan (overzealous about) 2AM’s 3D sneakers!”

Running from 4th March to 8th March, the pop-up marks a deeper commitment to the Malaysian market and a strategic milestone in CABBEEN’s global expansion.
As a benchmark Chinese designer menswear label, its presence at The Starhill — one of Kuala Lumpur’s most prestigious fashion destinations — reinforced the brand’s premium positioning and growing international confidence.

The spotlight fell firmly on 2AM’s sculptural 3D sneaker series. Engineered with a 360° breathable lattice structure, the designs combined lightweight durability with eco-conscious innovation.
Models such as AWAKE, ROCKER, EVOLVE and HYBRID (priced from RM389 to RM1,189) showcased bold, architectural silhouettes that balanced performance technology with runway attitude.

Malaysian media attended an exclusive preview, experiencing first-hand a space where tailoring met technology and streetwear evolved into wearable innovation.
For fans, the limited-time pop-up offered rare access to exclusive pieces and special promotions — a five-day fashion moment not to be missed.
