Need an on-demand door-to-door delivery service that is fast, convenient and affordable? GrabExpress is your answer.
Ever since Grab rolled out GrabExpress in Malaysia last year, many users have opted to use the delivery service for documents, parcels and gifts – just like how Grab drivers deliver passengers from point A to point B.
It’s encouraging to know that “has grown exponentially in both its pool of delivery-partners as well as the numbers of users of the service”. The ride-hailing service announced that “GrabExpress has seen a 10x increase in deliveries since October last year with more than 50% being return customers”.
In celebration of their success and to encourage more users to use GrabExpress, first time users of the on-demand delivery service will be able to get RM5 OFF x 1 delivery with the promo code, GRABEXPRESS. Do note that the promotion is only limited to the first 1000 redemptions.

Step 1: Open the app and tap on “Delivery”
Step 2: Key in pick-up & drop-off locations
Step 3: Key in recipient’s details, then tap “Add”
Step 4: Add in any other recipient & click “Next”
Step 5: Track the parcel in real-time. You’ll get an SMS with a tracking URL
