Heads up, “Running Man” (런닝맨) fans!
According to All Kpop, comedian Yang Se Chan (양세찬) and actress Jeon So Min (전소민) will be joining the popular SBS variety program as permanent cast members.
On Monday (3rd April), an insider said, “Yang Se Chan and Jeon So Min will join ‘Running Man’ as ‘Running Mates.’ They will begin shooting today. When they starred in our show as guests, they had good chemistry with the original members. Their episodes also gathered high viewer ratings, and that played a part in our decision.”
Yang Se Chan, who is the brother of gagman Yang Se Hyung, is a popular comedian who won the “Excellence Comedy Award” at the 2008 SBS Entertainment Awards. Meanwhile, Jeon So Min, who recently appeared in the 343th episode of “Running Man”, made her debut as an actress in 2004. She is best known for her lead role in MBC’s “Princess Aurora” (오로라 공주).
In other news, fans can see Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Song Ji Hyo, and Lee Kwang Soo at the upcoming “Running Man Live in Malaysia 2017”. The event will be held at The Mines International Exhibition & Convention Center (MIECC) on 22nd April 2017 (Saturday).
