“Rick & Morty: The Anime,” “Civil War” & More: Must-Watch Streaming Shows In September!

This September, stream new episodes of Rick and Morty: The Anime, the finale episode of City of God: The Fight Rages On, along with dystopian thriller Civil War, starring Kirsten Dunst on HBO GO.

The excitement continues with the premieres of The Penguin starring Colin Farrell and Land of Bad on HBO and HBO GO. Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Friends with a special series marathon on Warner TV and go on a thrilling ride with Gotham’s Caped Crusader on Cartoon Network and CARTOONITO in honour of Batman Day.


Rick And Morty: The Anime

The 10-episode anime series from visionary director Takashi Sano, Rick and Morty: The Anime follows Rick, Morty and the rest of the Smith family in a new intergalactic adventure. The Japanese and English voice actors include Youhei Tadano and Joe Daniels as Rick, Keisuke Chiba and Gabriel Regojo as Morty, and Akiha Matsui and Donna Bella Litton as Summer. Don’t miss new episodes every Friday on HBO GO.


City Of God: The Fight Rages On

Stream riveting episodes of City of God: The Fight Rages On every Monday, before the series finale on Monday, 30th September on HBO GO.


Five Nights At Freddy’s

Premieres Saturday, 7th September on HBO (Astro Ch 411/ Unifi TV 401) and HBO GO

Can you survive five nights? As a troubled security guard begins working his night shift at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, he quickly realises it won’t be easy to make it through the night. Based on the video game series “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” the movie stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Mary Stuart Masterson and Matthew Lillard.

Civil War

Premieres Saturday, 14th September on HBO (Astro Ch 411/ Unifi TV 401) and HBO GO

Civil War, from filmmaker Alex Garland, tells the story of a dystopian future America, following a team of military-embedded journalists as they race against time to reach Washington D.C. before rebel factions descend upon the White House. Stars Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Cailee Spaeny, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Sonoya Mizuno, and Nick Offerman.


The Penguin

Premieres Friday, 20th September on HBO (Astro Ch 411/ Unifi TV 401) and HBO GO

The HBO Original limited series The Penguin begins with the series premiere on Friday, 20th September on HBO and HBO GO, with all subsequent new episodes of the eight-episode series continuing every Monday, from 30th September. The DC Studios series continues filmmaker Matt Reeves’ The Batman epic crime saga and stars Colin Farrell, Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly and more.


Land Of Bad 

Premieres Saturday, 28th September on HBO (Astro Ch 411/ Unifi TV 401) and HBO GO

When a Delta Force team is ambushed in enemy territory, a rookie officer refuses to abandon them. Their only hope lies with an Air Force drone pilot as the eyes in the sky during a brutal 48-hour battle for survival. Stars Liam Hemsworth, Russell Crowe, Luke Hemsworth, Ricky Whittle and Milo Ventimiglia.
