It looks like another Chinese star is coming to Malaysia in 2024! Renowned Chinese singer Sun Nan (孙楠) has announced that he will perform at Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting, this November.
Sun Nan, fondly nicknamed the “National Treasure Singer of China (中国的国宝级歌手)”, will hold his first Malaysia concert on 23rd November 2024 (Saturday). The concert is jointly organised by Star Fortress and Biz Trends Media and supported by Resorts World Genting. Ticket prices have already been revealed, and ticket sales will begin on 24th September 2024 (Tuesday), from 12pm onwards.
Sun Nan is a household name in China, having released many albums and topped many charts in his 34-year career. He has won numerous awards and honours, including the Golden Melody Awards and Global Chinese Music Awards. He was also honoured with the President’s Merit Award from the Recording Academy, best known for hosting the GRAMMY Awards. He recently participated in the Chinese singing competition “Singer 2024 (歌手2024)”, winning third place in the overall competition.
The Chinese star’s unique vocals is lauded as being clear and passionate, with deep emotions. Sun Nan is expected to perform all his best hits, including “Be There Or Be Square (不见不散)”, “The Wind Blows North (风往北吹)”, and “Rescue (拯救)”.
