Renaissance KL & Four Points by Sheraton To Launch As Marriott’s First Dual-branded Hotel In Malaysia

Travellers will soon have more reasons to stay in Kuala Lumpur as the first Marriott’s dual-branded hotel will be launching in Malaysia later this year. The two properties in question? Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre and Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre.

For those who aren’t too familiar with the term “dual-branded”, this model comprise of two similar hotels under the same group. The two-in-one hotels concept has been on the rise over the past few years internationally, where they open in the same building. In Renaissance Kuala Lumpur’s case, the two brands will share the same address at Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Ampang.

Facilities & Amenities That Will Make Your Stay Worthwhile

  • 919 redesigned guestrooms (406 under Renaissance and 513 under Four Points by Sheraton)
  •  Paradise Trails – 13,000 square feet outdoor play area
  • 6 restaurants
  • 46,000 square feet convention centre
  • Large outdoor pools with waterslide

  • Mandara Spa
  • Walking distance to Bukit Nanas monorail and Dang Wangi LRT

Patrons can also look forward to gastronomic experiences at these 6 upcoming Halal-certified restaurants:

  1. Evolution Café – will serve an authentic Italian neighborhood-inspired menu
  2. R Bar – an ideal place to socialise and enjoy live music
  3. Sichuan Kitchen – for authentic Sichuan cuisine
  4. MESH – all-day restaurant that will specialise in Malaysian and Southeast Asian cuisines
  5. Grab N Go – Four Points’ signature Best Brews
  6. Gazebo – a poolside restaurant and bar

Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre is scheduled to reopen in early quarter three of 2023, while Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre will likely launch by end of quarter three this year.
