Joining the slew of K-pop stars coming to Malaysia this year is Red Velvet – Irene & Seulgi (레드벨벳 – 아이린&슬기)! The subunit recently announced their first Asia tour – and Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are on the list of stops!
The Red Velvet subunit will embark on their first Asia tour, “Balance”, later this year. The duo will visit several cities, including Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Their KL concert will take place on 13th September 2025 (Saturday) at Mega Star Arena, while the Singapore show will happen on 4th July 2025 (Friday) at The Star Theatre. Ticket details and seating plans will be shared soon, so stay tuned to the organisers’ official website and social media.


As mentioned earlier, this is Irene & Seulgi’s first Asia tour since the subunit’s formation in 2020. The first subunit of Red Velvet received a lot of love for their first EP, “Monster”, with critics praising their debut release. SM Entertainment also recently announced that the pair are currently preparing for their comeback later this May. Fans can definitely expect the two talented idols to perform songs from the new album in this upcoming tour.
“Balance In Kuala Lumpur” is also the first Malaysian solo concert for any Red Velvet member or subunit. The last time Red Velvet performed in Malaysia was at a joint concert in 2017. Meanwhile, Irene and Seulgi last performed in Singapore in December 2024 at the Yuewen Music Festival. As such, many local fans are looking forward to the concert.
