Another week, another whirlwind of totally EXTRA events! We were here, there and everywhere!
We raided Rado and rubbed shoulders with Ji Chang-Wook; said OMG! at the MMG Pop-up launch and MUCH, MUCH MORE! We were on the scene, and vibing like a boss! Just check out our social diary for this past week (don’t be jelly!):
Ji Chang-Wook @ Rado Pavilion KL Launch
It was total mayhem at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on 23rd November as local fans showed up in force at the mall for a glimpse of their favourite South Korean actor, Ji Chang-Wook (지창욱). The 36-year-old Rado ambassador was in town for Rado Pavilion KL boutique’s grand opening, during which Rado CEO Adrian Bosshard presented him with the new DiaStar Original Skeleton timepiece – making Ji Chang-Wook the first person to own the coveted watch.
We also had the chance to check out the new Rado boutique and admire the various collections available – but the highlight was, of course, being in close proximity to Ji Chang-Wook ;-). Check out what went down:

A Marvel Christmas @ Melawati Mall
The holiday spirit has descended on Melawati Mall, where shoppers are invited to celebrate Christmas with the Marvel Generations of Heroes 2023. In conjunction with the recent release of “The Marvels”, visitors can enjoy a Marvel-themed Christmas with the series of Holiday Heroes.
Besides updating your wardrobe with superhero-inspired attire and footwear, you can also get your hands on awesome merch from the MCU at the center court on the ground floor. Over the next few weeks, do drop by Melawati Mall to take part in some fun workshops, Christmas performances and more!

Artbox Malaysia Returns!
Artbox Malaysia is back after a four-year hiatus, bringing with it its trademark marvelling experience for Malaysians. This year’s event celebrates the infinite variety of the arts that we simply cannot live without. We had no trouble finding the place, since it was located right in front of Sunway Resorts. We got to experience the mesmerising Arcadia theme that showcases five pillars of featured elements for 2023; art, experiential, food, music and retail!
Although the weather later that day wasn’t on our side, that didn’t stop anyone from having a good time, as we were very entertained by the live performance and the ever-so-delicious food the vendors had to offer! We hope to visit again next year! Check out our reel of the visit:

Miss CosmoWorld International 2023 Launch
We were at the press conference launching the highly-anticipated Miss CosmoWorld International 2023 World Final. The event was held at Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur in Bukit Jalil, and officiated by Tourism Malaysia’s Director General, Dato’ Dr. Ammar Abd. Ghapar. We were introduced to the 25 Miss CosmoWorld 2023 delegates who will compete in the finals to earn the coveted Miss CosmoWorld International crown.
The founder of Miss CosmoWorld, Carrie Lee, also shared a few words about the event, saying it aims to showcase Malaysia’s unique culture and beauty and promote our homegrown brands. The finale will be held on 29th November 2023 at the St Regis Hotel Kuala Lumpur, where the beauty queen crowned as Miss CosmoWorld 2023 will walk away with a cash prize of US$100,000.

Master Mind Gen (MMG) Pop-Up Launch
We checked out the new Master Mind Gen (MMG) pop-up at Isetan at The Gardens Mall – and it was fabulous! During the event, we got a closer look at what the brand has to offer, which is all the brainchild of the iconic Malaysian designer, Gillian Hung, a.k.a Mama G. Not only did we get to peruse the racks, but we also got a little fashion show, with every model personally styled by Mama G herself.
The pop-up at Isetan, The Gardens Mall (Level 2) is open from now till the end of December – so go ahead and check it out today! Here’s what went down during the launch:

Christmas Love & Magic Party @ Pavilion KL
Get ready to be enchanted by Pavilion KL’s transformed Centre Court, where they’ve set up a breathtaking mystical forest, all in the theme of “Christmas – Love & Magic”! We were delighted to be able to experience a breathtaking sleigh ride, a fanciful ride on the carousel, and of course, meeting Santa – all while surrounded by a brought-to-life wonderland with a giant hanging and twirling Christmas tree floating above.
