The lime and mint take centre stage in the delightful new ‘Barista Creations Liminha over Ice’ coffee, which is inspired by the exquisite flavours of the tropics and in honour of Brazil’s national drink, the Caipirinha. Nespresso’s latest summer designs feature a bright lemon yellow and tropical leaf print that pays respect to Brazil’s beautiful scenery, ready to bring coffee lovers together via happiness and good vibes.
Tropical lime and mint tastes are this year’s refreshing addition to the Nespresso Barista Creations for Ice range, which will keep the heat at bay. The Liminha over Ice is inspired by the zesty Brazilian flavours of lime and mint splashed with lightly roasted coffees from all around the world, bringing the Brazilian summer to coffee lovers.
A lemony sweetness and a tinge of bitterness emerge in this coffee meant to be sipped with ice as the classic tropical blend meets the light and gently fruity Arabicas. The new coffee joins the popular Barista Creations for Ice Coconut Flavour over Ice and the reintroduced seasonal Barista Creations for Ice black coffees – Freddo Intenso and Freddo Delicato.
Through a collection of wellness activities dubbed “Summer Rituals,” the campaign urges coffee lovers to reset their routines and adopt new behaviours that will lead them to where they want to go, paying homage to the uplifting Brazilian vibes. The rituals, which aim to provide positive inspiration and guidance, include:
- ‘Sip & Shine’ (getting ready for the day)
- ‘Sip & Breathe’ (connecting with ourselves)
- ‘Sip & Escape’ (connecting with nature)
- ‘Sip & Bloom’ (connecting with others and friends)
For a refreshing coffee experience, Nespresso has curated some innovative iced coffee recipes to enjoy in the hottest months of the year in Malaysia, including the Brazilian-Inspired Mocktail, Liminha Over Ice Refresher, Coconut Flavour Over Ice Coffee Frappé, Freddo Intenso Fig Banana Shake, and Freddo Delicato Maracujá Fra. To further enhance the experience, Nespresso enlists international model and Brazilian native Alessandra Ambrosio as the campaign’s face, personifying the positive mantras and uplifting rituals. The model has long promoted a healthy and a balanced way of life. Nespresso’s summer collection includes limited-edition accessories such as refreshing cold coffee recipes, in addition to mindful mantras and exotic new iced flavoured coffees.
Two limited-edition coffee mugs with sleek and sunny designs are also available from Nespresso. Each one features one of Nespresso’s uplifting mantras, such as “Brew, Breathe, Bloom” and “Inhale, Exhale, Enjoy,” and is ideal for both hot and cold coffees. Alessandra Ambrosio has autographed the coffee mugs.
Nespresso has also released a new micro-brushed stainless-steel Barista Shaker for the entire barista experience, which is excellent for making the ultimate barista-style coffee recipes. The big straining holes produce a substantial crema for a stunning finish.
The original Nomad Travel Mug has been relaunched in an ocean blue colour for summer enjoyment on the go, and portable iced coffees may be enjoyed alongside Nespresso’s beach products, which includes the Nespresso up-cycled beach towel, beach pouch, and water bottle.
