Sultanah of Kelantan Che Puan Nur Diana Petra Abdullah caught netizens’ attention following her first ever public appearance recently. Yesterday (Tuesday, 13th September) the Sultanah received a visit from Pertubuhan Kerabat D’Raja Kelantan (PKDK). This marks the first time she’s appeared in public after being proclaimed the Sultanah of Kelantan last month.
Photos taken during the special occasion were also uploaded on the Facebook page Unit Media Pejabat Sultan Kelantan. As seen in the photos, Che Puan Nur Diana looked elegant in a pair of traditional baju kurung batik outfits, complete with hijab. She was also spotted handing over souvenirs to her guests.
PKDK’s president, YM Tengku Ramizan binti Tengku Abdul Aziz, was in charge of leading the visit. She was also joined by several members of the organisation. “Also present at the ceremony were YM Dato’ Sri Raja Rezza Shah (Tengku Sri Kelana D’Raja Kelantan), YM Dato’ Dr Tengku Mohamed Faziharudean Tengku Feissal (Tengku Kaya Perkasa) and the Officers of the Kelantan Palace,” they revealed in their post.
The FB posting has been flooded with many positive comments from netizens. Many were fascinated by Che’ Puan Nur Diana’s alluring beauty. “Tuanku Sultanah Kelantan is so beautiful,” Facebook user Wan Zalilah Shafie remarked. Another commenter, Shuhail Rone, expressed, “Wow, this is (my) first time seeing the Sultanah of Kelantan.”
For those in the dark, Che Puan Nur Diana (real name Yana Yakoubka) tied the knot with the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V, in September 2010.
