We’ve seen many property owners putting up their expensive properties for sale recently, like the one at Arte Plus @ Jalan Ampang that was auctioned at a much lower price than it originally was. Another one of the properties recently up for sale is this Damansara bungalow – which has gotten tons of attention for its jaw-dropping scale.
The listing uploaded by Ziean Azian Rahman in the Facebook group Jual Beli Tanah Di Selangor was for a freehold six-block bungalow unit at Sungai Penchala near Damansara. The property is built on Malay-reserved land spanning 2 acres with six blocks of three and four-storey bungalows, totalling approximately 30,000 square feet. The property offers tons of privacy with a hilltop view and is surrounded by green scenery.

According to the listing, the bungalows are all connected via roofed outdoor corridors. There are 27 bedrooms, 26 bathrooms, a spacious hall with a chandelier for private events and an entire building designated for house staff accommodation. The property also includes a swimming pool, wading pool and fish pond. The listing is also available on a property website and states that the garage fits up to 20 cars.
The asking price for the entire property is a whopping RM22 million, but the units would come partially furnished. Based on the listing, the bungalow is conveniently located and has good accessibility to numerous amenities via several highways. Given its grand proportions, it’s no surprise that tons of netizens have reacted to the listing.
Many jokingly shared their “interest” in the unit, even tagging others on the post. Others said the bungalows could be turned into accommodations for charities while some noted that it would be too better used for a large, extended family. Many netizens were also curious about the owner of the massive property – but unfortunately, the agent did not disclose the owner. However, one netizen claimed he was well-known in the area and was active in community activities. It is believed the owner built the six bungalows for his extended family to live together on the same lot.

What do you think about the bungalow? Would you be interested if you had RM22 million to spend?
