Party Hard But Party Smart At H-Artistry

The Pinnacle of 2012’s H-Artistry – The Global Art of Mixing Trilogy is all set to culminate on 3rd November 2012 (Saturday) at the Malaysia International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC), and there’s no better reason than to go ALL out and make this a spectacular night to remember.

Nobody wants to think of details and logistics when there is such an amazing party in store. Fret no more, as we have decided to put together your ultimate guide for the night!

H-Artistry Essentials: What to Bring and Why

1. Personal Identification

No one wants to be “that person” who forgot their ID and makes the rest of their friends wait for them while they rush back home to get their piece of plastic. Security needs to make sure you are over the age of 18 and non-Muslim to enter the premium party enclave setup for you. There will be multiple security check points to ensure the safety and comfort of all you party goers, so come prepared with identification!

2. H-Artistry Passes

Security at the H-Artistry finale will be bumped up to ensure the safety of all party goers, and entry will only be granted to those who turn up and register with their physical H-Artistry passes. Don’t crash the party, head on down to www.h-artistry.com.my and participate in “Hands on Hennessy” to win your tickets now!

3. Smartphone

Aside from keeping in touch with your friends and coordinating your trip to MIECC via the H-Artistry Party Shuttle or the H-Artistry Party Taxis, you absolutely MUST bring your smartphones, because the MY Hennessy mobile app available on the iOS App Store and Google Play will enable you to participate in the exciting activities at the Hennessy Art of Mixing Zone. You can score points for participation and stand a chance to win fantastic prizes!

4. Point & Shoot Camera

Point-and-shoot cameras would be easy to bring along and are perfect to capture amazing moments at H-Artistry with you and your friends! Bulky DSLR cameras will not be allowed, so keep it light and simple to have the best time possible!

5. Sufficient Cash

H-Artistry will have some FOC services and measures in place, such as the H-Artistry Party Shuttle service and free drinking water throughout the night, but you will need to bring some cash if you’re taking the H-Artistry Party Taxi to and from MIECC.

We strongly suggest you to ride the H-Artistry Party Taxis, as RM20 will be subsidized off your return fare. Food stalls will also be set up outside the venue for everyone to recharge during and after the party. As much as we want you to party hard, we want you to party responsibly too.

How to Get to H-Artistry:

Be sure to take advantage of the H-Artistry Party Shuttle and the H-Artistry Party Taxi services that have been specially introduced for the H-Artistry 2012 finale, as parking at MIECC will not be available on 3rd November.

1. H-Artistry Party Shuttle – FOC

Start the night off worry-free with the H-Artistry Party Shuttle! Meet your friends at any of the following locations and hop on the H-Artistry Party Shuttle which will chauffer you all the way to MIECC and back, for FREE. The H-Artistry Party Shuttles will be making one stop at each location, and it will be able to accommodate 40 passengers per trip! Partying on the bus will most definitely be permitted:

  • KL Sentral – Entrance to Departure Hall, opposite SOOKA
  • Wisma Bentley Music (Opposite The Curve), Mutiara Damansara – Entrance, opposite Tesco
  • Viva Home Shopping Mall, Jalan Loke Yew – Main road bus stop
  • Endah Parade, Sri Petaling – Bus / Taxi area

The H-Artistry Party Shuttles will be arriving at these locations at 7:30pm, and will leave at 8pm. Departure from MIECC back to these locations will be at 2:30am. As seats are limited, the shuttles will take passengers on a first come, first serve basis.

2. H-Artistry Party Taxi – Subsidized

H-Artistry has teamed up with the good folks at Sunlight Taxis to provide cabbie support from Sunlight’s comprehensive network of taxis around the Klang Valley. Party goers can book their return trips to MIECC and back, and RM20 will be subsidized off the return fare.

Bookings to H-Artistry can be done online, while four taxi concierge desks will be set up at MIECC for party goers to book a ride home.

Friendly Reminders on Partying Responsibly at H-Artistry:

1. Five After Twelve

To help everyone pace their drinks, the free flow of Hennessy V.S.O.P. long drinks will stop at 12midnight, and drinks can be obtained in exchange for drink coupons till the end of the night. Five H-Artistry drink coupons will be given out upon registration at the counter, so be sure to hold onto them till the stroke of midnight! And remember, you will only be allowed to exchange five coupons for drinks at one time!

2. H2GO

Staying hydrated is the way to go, and thanks to H-Artistry, drinking water will be provided FOC throughout the night! Just approach any of the friendly bartenders behind the Hennessy Mixing Bars, or help yourself to complementary mineral water bottles at the Chill Out Zone at the end of the night. Remember, H2GO is the way to go for a great experience at H-Artistry!

3. Chills-the-Mills

Don’t be in a hurry to leave when the party is over, as there’ll be plenty of opportunities for you to Chills-the-Mills after H-Artistry and talk about what a fantastic time you had! You can either rest up at the Chill Out Zone after the party, or recharge at the food stalls that will be available outside the venue. So if you see a friend walking out after the party, remind him/her to Chills-the-Mills and buy them a skewer or two of Malaysia’s favourite after-party food: LOK LOK!

4. Ride-On-The-Side

Partying responsibly would mean nominating a designated driver, or riding in the H-Artistry Party Shuttles or the H-Artistry Party Taxis to and fro H-Artistry. So be smart and Ride-On-The-Side on your way home from H-Artistry. Remember, NEVER drink and drive.

Where to Stay:

If you find yourself having an amazing night and don’t want the party to end, who says you need to go home? Just hop on an H-Artistry Party Taxi to one of the hotels below! You may either continue with an after party or head straight to bed – we strongly recommend the latter:
