Not one, not two, but T-H-R-E-E leading fast fashion, high street brands from Korea have arrived in Malaysia and made their triumphant debuts.

As one of Malaysia’s leading retailers, Parkson excites fashionistas and trendsetters by bringing SPAO, MIXXO, and WHO.A.U to Kuala Lumpur. All 3 brands are opening their doors on 27th November (Friday) at Parkson Pavilion, offering us the exciting street fashion of Seoul.

With much fanfare, the 3 brands are widely popular in their motherland and will offer fashion-forward shoppers in Malaysia the chance to grab the latest trends and runway looks at affordable prices.

We were lucky enough to be among those invited to a special preview party for the brands yesterday (26th November) at Pavilion KL’s Centre Court. Celebrities, fashionistas, lifestyle media, and shopping mall landlords graced the event that showcased the exciting new brands.

Popular celebrities include Dafi, Lynn Lim, Chris Tong, Nazim Othman, De Fam girl band members Azira and Sophia, Cindy Chen, and John Tan were all dressed in the latest collections from SPAO, MIXXO, and WHO.A.U.

Oooh, is that #TaeTiSeo we see on that big screen? That’s right 😉 They may not be in Malaysia right now, but we can definitely feel their presence here at the special preview party for #MIXXOMY, #SPAOMY & #WhoAUMY ?

During the event,  Ms Vivien Cheng, Executive Director of Parkson Retail Asia welcomed guests in her opening speech and in attendance were Puan Sri Chelsia Cheng, Lion-Parkson Foundation Chairman, as well as distinguished representatives from Korean conglomerate E-Land Group.

A total of 200 guests were then given a special tour of the new stores at Parkson Pavilion, spanning 3 levels. In conjunction with the openings of the stores, shoppers can enjoy the latest collections from SPAO, MIXXO and WHO.A.U. with a special price on selected items from 27th to 29th November at Parkson Pavilion.

The first 200 shoppers at each store will receive a RM50 shopping voucher, collectible hand fan, and branded water bottle.

The foundation of product and marketing for the brand is very much presented through these themes. It incorporated the 50s and 60s in California, which was an abundant time for the Western pioneer. This era reflects the challenger’s spirit and personifies contemporary, casual style that symbolises the signature look of WHO.A.U Ideal for the sporty, active, and fun-looking young man.

Expect varsity-inspired fashion that channels the jocks and cheerleaders of high school, vintage California print tee’s, boyfriend jeans, and great denim choices and a rugged but fashionable approach for the active, young trendsetter.
