Known to many as Hollywood’s favourite “anti-hero comedian”, Omid Djalili is schedule to visit Southeast Asia where he’ll perform in Malaysia on 20th September before heading down to Singapore the following day (21st September).
The award-winning British-Iranian actor-comedian has appeared in numerous Hollywood movies like ‘The Mummy’, ‘Gladiator,’ ‘Spy Game’, ‘Modigliani,’ `Notting Hill,’ ‘Sky Captain & The World of Tomorrow,’ ‘Casanova,’ ‘The Allotment,’ ‘Pirates of the Caribbean III,’ `Mama Mia,’ and so on. He also won the prestigious Time Out Award for Best Stand-Up, the EMMA Award, LWT Comedy Award for Best Stand-Up Comedian, and One World Media Award among others.
Touring Malaysia and Singapore with LOL ASIA, `Namaste’ is more than just a comedy show – It is an experience as Omid masterfully combines humour with poignant observations drawing from his British-Iranian heritage, culture, and extensive global travels. Audiences can expect an evening filled with rib-poking laughter, thought-provoking anecdotes all peppered with Omid’s trademark charm and impeccable delivery.
