The 4th annual Critics’ Choice TV Awards 2014 kicked off Thursday night at the Beverly Hilton in California, honouring the outstanding performers in TV industry as chosen by TV journalists working in digital.
This year, Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) honoured another icon in the TV industry with Critics’ Choice LOUIS XIII Genius Award and 7 shows with the “Most Exciting New Series” title. The award-winning director Ryan Murphy had the honour of receiving the LOUIS XIII Genius Award and his TV series including “American Horror Story” and “The Normal Heart” won several awards for Critics’ Choice TV Awards 2014. The Big Bang Theory’s actor Jim Parsons was the presenter for the LOUIS XIII Genius Award and he also won the Best Actor for Comedy Series award.
