Local actress Rozita Che Wan (real name Rozita Abu Bakar, famously known as Che Ta) is sparking a huge debate among netizens over the outfit she wore on one of her recent posts on Instagram.
For context, the stunning celeb took to her socials to share a video of her promoting her hijab brand, RCW Scarves. She uploaded a clip of herself strutting down the hallway. According to the post, the brand is offering a special combo price, in addition to free gift.
Then again, netizens were more focused on Che Ta’s outfit. In the video, the “Family Spy” actress donned a brown top with a matching pleated skirt. In particular, the midi skirt also has a slit at the front part. As a result, the posting has been flooded with holier-than-thou netizens putting her on blast. Scrolling through the comments section, many netizens called Che Ta out for apparently exposing her aurat.
A few also questioned on whether Che Ta had worn a pair of leggings to cover her exposed legs. “Sorry for saying this. Just because you want to be fashionable, please don’t forget your intention of wearing the hijab and covering your ‘aurat’,” one commenter advised her. Another fan of her then clarified, “She was wearing a skin-coloured legging. But still, it can still spark curiousity among people.”
Despite that, Che Ta hasn’t bothered responding to the criticism surrounding her recent post.
