So you might’ve already heard by now that a popular Bali haunt that serves up absolutely delectable juicy & tasty grilled pork ribs is opening not one, but TWO outlets in Kuala Lumpur. Well, we have even bigger news today, and our friends up North are going to appreciate this one! But before we get into that, a little introduction to Naughty Nuri’s.
If you’ve ever been to Bali, Indonesia, you would’ve come across a “warung” located on the Ubud outskirts, on Jalan Raya Sanggingan and within easy walking distance across from the Neka Museum. What’s a “warung” you ask? By definition, a warung is a street side food stall. But Naughty Nuri’s is not just any random street side food stall. When you look past its wooden shack, Naughty Nuri’s is a staple for both locals and tourists because of their premium juicy and tasty grilled pork ribs.
So, here’s the thing..
We spied a Naughty Nuri’s Warung George Town Penang Facebook page just this morning. Which basically means, yes, Naughty Nuri’s will be opening an outlet in Penang as well! And according to the page, the outlet that’s slated to open will be located at 114, Jalan Burma, George Town, Malaysia. Heck, we’ll even mark it on the map for you here.
However, there’s no further information on the official opening as of yet. We’ll find out soon enough!
Penangites, you best be prepared for the “invasion” of what is said to be one of the world’s most delicious ribs dish. Ever. Meanwhile, check out some of the other hidden gems in Penang that both locals and tourist can look forward to checking out.
