Earlier this week, the netspace was ablaze when build-up resentment was aired, with accusations of cosmetic surgery mishaps and personal betrayals. The public dispute churned up heated discussions among fans and netizens alike. This isn’t their first rodeo, with both the DJ and tattoo artists having dealt with their own separate conflicts in the past.
In this drama, all eyes are on Malaysian DJ Leng Yein (林云) and tattoo artist Kinki Ryusaki (卢恺棋). What began as a complaint over a botched cosmetic procedure has quickly snowballed into a web of serious accusations, including betrayal, manipulation, and even rapper Namewee (黃明志) got caught in the whirlwind.

9 years ago, Leng Yein introduced Kinki Ryusaki to a cosmetic clinic at Jaya One, where she allegedly underwent a botched double eyelid surgery. In her posts, Kinki claimed that the procedure resulted in severe scarring and a prolonged, painful journey through multiple corrective surgeries. She said she was forced to spend her own money to get the procedure fixed in Korea and accused Yein of previously discouraging her from speaking out back then.
Leng Yein quickly responded online, strongly denying all claims. She insisted she never brought Kinki to Jaya One, stating their first meeting was at Sungei Wang, and that Kinki had gone to Mid Valley for her surgery. She accused Kinki of having “被害狂想症” (victim complex) and clout-chasing, stating: “You just have it out for me, if you want views and exposure, this isn’t how you do it.”
The DJ claimed in her Facebook post that she sought sponsorship from Namewee to join the tattoo artist on her surgery trip to Korea, among other accusations. The musician also addressed disliking her younger sister, Leng Sean, stressing that they actually have always shared a close bond.

Naturally, Kinki provided a series of posts featuring screenshots of chats with Namewee. In these chats, the influencer claimed she had directly questioned Namewee about any financial involvement in her cosmetic procedures, to which he responded that he had no recollection of funding her surgery. The tattoo artist’s evidence was presented as a counter to claims implying that she did not pay for the corrective surgeries herself.
Kinki also accused Leng Yein of misusing their long-standing friendship to boost her own public image, citing instances where Leng Yein allegedly helped arrange cosmetic procedures and even handled visa arrangements for Kinki’s trips abroad. Moreover, she went on to personal accusations, claiming that the DJ’s divorce was linked to an extramarital affair involving one of Kinki’s friends.

As the dispute continues to unfold, both parties have so far remained entrenched in their positions, each presenting their own narrative through a barrage of social media posts and screenshots. With the latest round of evidence brought forward by Kinki Ryusaki, the public awaits further clarification or potential mediation between the two influencers. Whether the controversy will simmer down or escalate into more public legal and social repercussions remains uncertain.
