Following their collaboration with Arian Grande on “All My Love” for the Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1″soundtrack, Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire, better known together as Major Lazer, have released another pump for our ears.
The track titled “Lean On” featuring “Turn Down For What” maestro, DJ Snake and MØ finds itself in the smoother more chilled out side of things as Major Lazer and DJ Snake have approached it with a different direction. Featuring a cool moombathon beat that accentuates MØ’s amazing voice, “Lean On” is a definite hit that will receive love from everyone.
Though this track is not confirmed for the forthcoming Major Lazer album, we can’t wait to see what else Major Lazer has planned for us.

“Lean On” has received a proper music video, one that captures the rich ethnic diversity of eastern culture as inspired by Major Lazer’s recent tour in India. The video sees the Major Lazer crew, Snake and MØ all don their Sunday best, engulfed in the vivid colours of flowing sarees and intricate gold-laced tapestries as their tune keeps hips shaking across India.
This video is like a breath of fresh air as they ditch their crime-fighting alter-ego and opt for the lush, vibrant reality of India’s spirited culture.
