Local influencer Christinna Kuan aka Ms Kuan has impressed many with her presence in the fashion and modelling scene. In fact, she previously drew eyes with her papaya-skin bra! Of course, she isn’t stopping there, she’s still continuing to take the fashion world by storm.
Recently, Ms Kuan attended a Calvin Klein event in Seoul, South Korea. While there, she got to party with some of the biggest K-pop idols who are ambassadors of the brand. Yup, we’re talking about Blackpink’s Jennie and BTS’s Jungkook!
The event was to celebrate Jennie’s first capsule collection with Calvin Klein and a few Malaysian celebs were invited to join the party. In addition to Christinna, other fellow influencers that flew to South Korea included Chang Yong (蔡常勇), and Wen Shu Sen (溫舒森),together with Dolla members Sabronzo and Angel. The quartet were of course, excited for the event. However, what they, and many others, were looking forward to was meeting Jennie.
The Blackpink member did not disappoint. She drew attention immediately in her purple mini dress upon arriving at the party and her fans were delighted to see her in-person. Christinna and the Dolla members made sure to catch as many glimpses of Jennie as possible. “She’s so cute,” Christinna cooed on her Instagram Story.
But, you know what’s better than one K-pop idol? Two idols! BTS’s Jungkook later appeared on the scene, although it seems he didn’t get into the thick of things. He was mostly seen hanging out on the upper floor of the venue. Still, our Malaysian celebs remained star-struck, from a distance of course. Shu Sen was seen making a hand heart while Angel was simply amazed. “Jungkook and Jennie in one area???” she asked. “And me??”
It was certainly a special and eventful party for our Malaysian celebs! Although it seems none of them have uploaded footage of themselves with Jennie, we’re certain it was an experience to be in her presence. But, Ms Kuan did manage to snag a photo with MIRROR member Anson Lo, to the delight of his fans.
Well, we certainly hope the four of them had fun! Hopefully they’ll share more about their time at the event with Jennie and Jungkook and their time in Seoul soon.
