The sequel sees Andrew Garfield reprising his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy as they welcome newcomers such as Jamie Foxx as the villain Electro and Dane DeHaan as Peter’s friend Harry Osborn.
Directed by Marc Webb, the trailer to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 sees Peter discovering that he’s under the surveillance of Osborn’s OsCorp which led to him finding a video in which his father says that he’s discovered what OsCorp was planning to use his research for. Apart from menacing shots of Osborn, fans also get an extended look at Electro sending out jolts of electricity through New York City.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to hit cinemas on May 2nd, 2014. The Hype.My sure is looking forward to the movie!
