Most think it respectable when couples keep their dating life quiet. However, it does come as a shock later when they announce news about themselves to the world. Well, former Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico’s latest announcement certainly came as a surprise after keeping their dating life under wraps!
Fabiola Valentín or more commonly known as Miss Puerto Rico, posted a video on her Instagram page announcing their sudden marriage! Tagging Mariana Varela – Miss Argentina – the duo brought excitement to the entire online LGBTQ+ community in one single post.
If you’re shocked that you didn’t know, don’t worry. Because apparently, no one else did either! The marriage announcement was also the first time the pair had made their relationship public. According to Entertainment, the pair had gotten wed at a courthouse on 28th October in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The famed Instagram post is a series of photos and videos of the newly-weds, turned into a short reel. There are also pictures of the intimate at-home proposal, which included balloons that read ‘Marry Me?’. “After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day,” the post caption read.
Scrolling through the Instagram comments, many other influencers and netizens were surprised by the news. Most of the comments are from women, congratulating the newly-wed couple. Over 8,000 comments were all filled with heartfelt congratulations.
