It’s been a whirlwind few months for Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh (楊紫瓊) – from getting nominated to eventually making history by becoming the first Asian to win the Oscar for Best Actress – the love fest shows no signs of slowing down.
Last week, the Ipoh-born star was in London where her manager David Unger threw her a celebratory party for her recent Oscar win. Held at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park’s restaurant, The Aubrey, the event was attended by a slew of A-list Hollywood celebs including Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, supermodel Naomi Campbell, Anya Taylor-Joy, director Jon M. Chu and more.
Despite her busy schedule, our homegrown superstar has set aside a date and will be returning to Malaysia for a homecoming public fan meeting. The same team who organised the Oscar Viewing Party will be organising the upcoming fan meet. With a promise to hold ‘the longest’ red carpet, here are the details on the upcoming Michelle Yeoh fan meet:

As aforementioned, Michelle is in London to shoot the musical “Wicked”, where she is required to sing for her role as Madam Morrible. In the meantime, you can catch her and costar Ke Huy Quan in the brand new Disney+ series “American Born Chinese”, set to debut in May.
