Isn’t it annoying when one has to brave through the long queue while running errands in a bank? The wait can be agonising and not everyone has access to mobile data while waiting for their number to be called.
Taking note of this issue, Maybank Malaysia is now offering public WiFi in 64 selected branches nationwide!
This latest effort is to keep Maybank patrons occupied where they can save on their mobile data and take advantage of the free WiFi, especially when the bank is crowded with people during peak hours.
It’s fairly easy to obtain access to the free WiFi at the bank: First press for the queue ticket, where a One-Time Pin (OTP) will be listed at the bottom of the ticket. Select the “Maybank WiFi” on your mobile connection and you’re good to go!
