After successful comeback shows in 2025, Mandopop icon Stefanie Sun Yanzi (孙燕姿) says she’s ready for more concerts in the new year. More excitingly, the singer confirms that she’s bringing her music to Malaysia!
On Christmas Day (25th December 2025, Thursday), Stefanie Sun took to Instagram to share a reflection post, looking back on various significant moments from the past year. 2025 was a notable year for the star as it marked her return to touring after a 10-year hiatus. Her concert tour, “Aut Nihilo”, kicked off in her home country of Singapore in April 2025.

The tour celebrates the singer’s 25th anniversary and is her first solo concert tour since 2014. Stefanie has largely stepped away from performing after getting married and starting a family. As such, her comeback concert was highly anticipated. After a sold-out show in Singapore, she performed for 50,000 fans at Beijing’s National Stadium, a.k.a the Bird Nest.
Stefanie has previously announced plans to perform in more cities, but hasn’t shared much information. However, in her Instagram post, the 47-year-old confirms that more shows will be coming in the new year, writing, “Looking forward to even smoother performances in 2026, and also looking forward to seeing you all perform with me.”

The singer reveals that her 2026 tour will include shows in Hong Kong, Suzhou, Kuala Lumpur and Taipei. Live Nation Taiwan also commented on the post, further cementing the news. Fans, especially those in Malaysia, have reacted to the announcement in glee. Rumour has it that the singer will perform at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium.
With just days away until 2026, we’re sure the official announcement will be around the corner, so keep your eyes peeled. Are you excited for Stefanie’s return to Malaysia?
