Legendary Death Metal Band Langsuir Taking Mystical Moshpit Tour Across Peninsular Malaysia!

If there’s one thing Langsuir has proven over the years, it’s that Malay mysticism and death metal make for a wickedly potent combination. With over three decades of unwavering devotion to the underground scene, Malaysia’s death metal legends are back with the “Melayu-Mystic Peninsular Tour 2025” – a tour set to rekindle the flames of Eastern Metal and shake the very ground it treads on.

Organized by Goatlordth Records, this tour isn’t just a string of shows – it’s a grand ritual. With its latest “Engkar” EP still echoing in the ears of fans and a new, cryptic EP in the works, Langsuir is taking their signature Nusantara-infused brutality on the road.

For die-hard fans, this tour is more than just an opportunity to witness Langsuir’s legendary presence; it marks a historic moment – the first major tour with their latest lineup. Guitarists Bentara and Mirlanast promise an experience like no other, blending haunting gurindam, eerie ancient verses, and the unmistakable Langsuir aura.

“Prepare yourselves! Langsuir is set to unleash domination on the “Melayu-Mystic Peninsular Tour 2025.” Expect an explosive performance, choked with kemenyan-infused energy and the mysterious beauty of Malay mysticism,” they declared in a joint statement.

Bringing an arsenal of classic tracks, “Engkar” material, and fresh incantations from their upcoming “F” EP, the tour is shaping up to be a transcendental sonic and visual experience.

Langsuir’s legacy as one of Perak’s – and Malaysia’s – most influential extreme metal bands is undeniable. Since their formation in 1991, they’ve been the torchbearers of Eastern Metal, a genre steeped in folklore, myths, and a raw, spiritual energy unlike anything in the Western metal scene. From the game-changing “The Eastern Cruelty” EP to the dark social commentaries of “Asyik” and the return to mysticism with “Dirgha Belasungkawa,” Langsuir’s discography is a testament to their evolution and resilience.

MASDO Set For 10th Anniversary Concert "Al-Kisah Masdo Sepuloh Tahun" On 30th August

“It’s such an honour to plan a tour for a legendary band like Langsuir. This is a chance for old and new fans to check them out live with a new lineup and experience the real Malay-Mystic Death Metal. The one and only Langsuir!” said Aizat Rosebi of Goatlordth Records.

The tour kicks off on 15th February at Goatlordth Black Congregation in Kuala Lumpur, setting the stage for an odyssey through the peninsula. Joining them are supporting acts Apocalyptic Carnage and Pendita Gila, ensuring that each night is a blood-curdling, spirit-conjuring affair.

With the essence of Malay folklore and the fury of death metal intertwined, Langsuir’s “Melayu-Mystic Peninsular Tour 2025” isn’t just another concert series – it’s a pilgrimage for those who seek the raw, untamed power of extreme music. Whether you’re an old-school fan who’s followed them since the ‘90s or a newcomer eager to witness their mystic force, this is a tour that promises nothing short of an otherworldly experience.
