Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire release album details!
Diplo‘s dancehall trio Major Lazer announced on Monday the release of their third album, “Peace is the Mission”, revealing its star-studded track list and a new video for lead single “Lean On” featuring DJ Snake and MØ.
The album entitled “Peace is the Mission” is slated for release on June 1st (Monday), will be the first in a series of albums to come from Major Lazer over the next year. “Peace is the Mission” holds a strong marquee of collaborators including Ellie Goulding, Ariana Grande, 2 Chainz and Pusha T.
Unfortunately, we noticed that the tracklist doesn’t include the collaboration with Gwen Stefani.
Major Lazer also announced that FX Networks would debut their cartoon series on April 16th (Thursday) for its Animation Domination programming featuring guests appearances from the likes of Tiësto, Andy Samberg, RiFF RAFF, Charli XCX and more.
Peace is the Mission will be available on June 1st through Mad Decent, and can be pre-ordered via iTunes. Fans who pre-order the LP will immediately receive “Lean On” and “Roll the Bass” as downloads.
