Earlier this week, fans of local singer Tan Kheng Seong (陈庆祥), better known as Ah Niu/Aniu (阿牛), were shocked by the reports of the singer’s second marriage. While the 48-year-old has yet to confirm the relationship, there are more reports alleging that he also had another child.
According to China Press, Ah Niu and his rumoured new wife, Rachel Ten (鄧麗君), have been married for a few years. The 43-year-old is a non-celebrity but is a former Wanita MCA Central Committee member. The news outlet reports that the pair tied the knot in a low-key ceremony. Additionally, Rachel allegedly gave birth to a daughter a few years ago.

Before marrying Rachel, Ah Niu married a Taiwanese woman named Shui Hsiang-Chi (水祥祈). The two tied the knot in 2000 but separated in 2010, though the Malaysian didn’t reveal the split until 2012. From his first marriage, Ah Niu had one daughter, who is now 23 years old. The exact age of his second child remains unknown. However, his two daughters allegedly have a 20-year age gap, implying that his second daughter is still a toddler.
As of reporting, Ah Niu has yet to respond to the allegations of his new marital status and second child. However, it’s worth noting that the singer isn’t known to share much about his family since there is not much information on his first marriage. Additionally, his second marriage was only reported after a monk accidentally revealed the couple’s relationship. Nevertheless, his fans did share positive reactions to his second marriage, showing their support for the singer.

Meanwhile, Ah Niu is reportedly gearing up to release new music soon, so we wish him luck in his career. What are your thoughts on this?
