Disney is launching a brand-new dating reality show called “Pink Lie (핑크라이)”. Unlike other dating shows, this unscripted reality show will take you on a journey. The series features five new exciting hosts including Super Junior’s Kim Heechul (김희철), Lee Sunbin (이선빈), Song Wonseok (송원석) and YouTube influencer Ralral (랄랄).

Everyone has skeletons in their closet, and that might hinder us from finding true love. “Pink Lie” provides food for thought on the many definitions and preconceptions about love. Learn what happens when a group of young adults are all placed in a home with a single purpose of finding love. Will a simple lie be a deal breaker between two hopeful lovebirds? We shall see.

During the recent virtual press conference, the four hosts and director Kim In Ha (김인하) spill some interesting details about “Pink Lie”. After watching the first teaser of the first episode, it is revealed that the hosts experienced a rollercoaster of emotions while watching the contestants. The moderator explains, “There are scenes that will give you butterflies when you see the couples on dates. But some huge lies are constantly revealed so we can’t let our guards down.”

Kim Heechul, being the funniest one of the bunch, even revealed that he cursed and swore a lot during the entirety of the show. “I actually swore a lot when I was watching this. I was almost like a fanboy of the contestants. I was like crying and then swearing, so I didn’t know I’d have such big emotional mood swings. I think the viewers would totally be immersed in this show.”

“Pink Lie”, created by the same people who brought you “Weekend Playlist”, allows contestants a second chance at love by removing prejudices and putting it to the test! Prepare to be in an emotional journey with twists and turns in every episode. This exciting new series is going to be jinjja fun, so don’t miss out and stay tuned for the debut on 5th October exclusively on Disney+ or Disney Hotstar.
