Uh oh, has another couple called it quits?
South Korean media outlets have reported that f(x)’s Krystal and EXO’s Kai have broken up. The reports surfaced earlier today (Thursday, 1st June), with most of them quoting a source close to the pair.
Krystal and Kai have been dating for just over a year and the source cited “busy schedules” as the cause of their breakup.
The source said, “It is true that the 2 have broken up. They’ve been unable to meet often because of their busy schedules. I don’t know the exact reason for their breakup but I think they’ve both decided to focus on their careers.”
However, there has been no official confirmation from their labels, SM Entertainment, as of press time.

SM Entertainment has confirmed the news.
The agency released a simple short statement confirming the split. They said, “Yes, it is correct that they have broken up.”
Krystal and Kai were first reported to be dating on 1st April last year. While many fans thought it was an April’s Fool joke, SM Entertainment soon confirmed the news. Photos of the couple, who have known each other for 10 years, on a date were released by Dispatch too.
