There’s more good news for K-pop fans in Malaysia because more K-pop groups are coming our way! K-pop boy group 82MAJOR (에이티투메이저/82메이저) recently announced their upcoming Asia fanmeeting tour – and Malaysia is on the list!
The group’s upcoming fanmeeting, titled “2025 82MAJOR <X-82> ASIA FANMEETING”, will be held in two Southeast Asian cities in February 2025. 82MJAOR will make their way to Kuala Lumpur on 16th February 2025 (Sunday), after their stop in Bangkok on 9th February 2025 (Sunday). The event organiser, iMe Malaysia, will release more information on the fanmeeting soon.
This fanmeeting will be 82MAJOR’s first appearance in Malaysia since their debut. The group, composed of members Seongil (성일), Yechan (예찬), Seongmo (성모), Seongbin (성빈), Seokjoon (석준), and Dogyun (도균), debuted in October 2023. The group is known for their captivating stage performances, and their recent mini album, “X-82”, received praise for its unique music style and fresh reinterpretation of hip-hop. Great news for all the Malaysian 82DEs because iMe Malaysia has finally unveiled details of 82MAJOR’s first fanmeeting in KL! The event will be held at the Multi-Purpose Hall at SEGI University, Kota Damansara, at 12pm. Tickets are priced at RM168 for PS1 and RM128 for PS2, and there are special benefits offered for both zones. Tickets will be available via the BigTix website, from 20th January 2025 (Monday), 12pm onwards. This is your chance to get up close with the boys of 82MAJOR, so save the date and don’t miss out!

For fans who didn’t manage to secure tickets to see 82MAJOR at the fan meeting event, don’t fret – the boys have another surprise up their sleeves! In addition to the fan meeting, there is another way for everyone to see the group live on stage. It has been announced that the idols will be holding a press conference in Kuala Lumpur, which will be open to the public! Details are below:
