You wouldn’t expect 2 of the biggest Mandopop stars to be in our region at the same time, but it just happened.
JJ Lin and Jay Chou were both in Singapore yesterday (Tuesday, 11th September), and decided to meet up. Lucky fans spotted them, and photos of the 2 soon started circulating around the internet.

It was more than a friendly meet-up, as they were seen with video cameras who followed them everywhere. It is speculated that they are shooting for a Chinese variety show.
The duo were seen walking around a mall, having a meal together, and even visited a cafe. They then made a trip to the aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa and even took photos with some lucky fans!

JJ was in Malaysia Friday and Saturday for his “Sanctuary World Tour“, and performed to a full crowd. Meanwhile, Jay was spotted in Johor over the weekends, with Sinchew Daily reporting that he was here to support his wife Hannah Qullivan, who was reportedly shooting an action film. Jay is also slated to perform in Singapore this Friday at the Singapore Grand Prix.
The two previously sang together on stage in Jay’s Taiwanese leg of his “The Invincible World Tour” in 2017.
