Vico Malaysia has been pretty busy this year with their campaigns and events. The brand had launched the “Sapu Jer Semuaaaa!” competition earlier in August where fans of the chocolate malt drink stood a chance to win up to RM150,000!
To extend the celebrations, Vico also launched the “Vico Jer Laahhhh Carnival”, which took place at IOI City Mall from 3rd to 5th November! The 20 lucky winners were also invited to participate in the grand finale – but before we get into more details about that, let’s take a look back at how the whole campaign started.
“Sapu Jer Semuaaaa!” Campaign (1st August – 30th September)
Vico’s “Sapu Jer Semuaaaa!” contest, which ran from 1st August until 30th September, allowed 20 lucky participants to move on to the grand finale. All that participants needed to do was spend a minimum of RM15 on any Vico product in a single receipt and submit a photo of the receipt along with other required details in the QR code provided in the official poster.
What made the campaign exciting was the fact that anyone could join without leaving their home to make their purchase. That’s right – some fans of the popular brand participated by placing an order on their official online stores on Shopee or Lazada! How simple was that, right?
“Vico Jer Laahhhh” Carnival (3rd – 5th November)
Now, for the long-awaited event itself! In celebration of the 2-month “Sapu Jer Semuaaaa!” campaign, the “Vico Jer Laahhh” carnival was launched at IOI City Mall on 3rd November. The event proved to be an overwhelming success, as it was filled with loyal Vico customers as well as IOI customers who all took part in the fun activities throughout the weekend.
Participants were given a special ticket to take part in all the games and activities in order to redeem the Vico Gelato. Families and groups of friends were lining up to see if they could also win exclusive merchandise from the games. We also got to try our hands in the activities, and they were pretty fun – perfect for the whole family.
Not only that, there was even a clown who performed cool tricks to keep the kids entertained. If you’re asking how the Gelato tasted, oh how we wish we could’ve kept on playing the games to redeem the dessert – but sadly, all things must come to an end.

“Vico Sapu Jer Semuaaaa!!!” Grand Finale (5th November)
The day that everyone had been waiting for had finally arrived! Who among the 20 lucky winners would win the ultimate prize of RM150,000 and the weekly RM50,000 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit?! Before we reveal the winners, here’s what went down. On the last day of the “Vico Jer Laahhh” carnival, the 20 winners from the campaign were called to go up against each other in a race against time.
The participants were gathered in a ball pit at IOI’s Sports Centre, where they needed to find as many Vico yellow balls as they could among a sea of white balls, within the time limit. As you can see from the photos below, participants filled their bags with the yellow balls before placing them into their respective boxes – and the ones with the most yellow balls won the challenge.
Once the race was done, everyone gathered back inside the mall at the “Vico Jer Laahhh” carnival, where the winners were officially announced. Now, the moment you’ve been waiting for… here are the names of the winners of the “Vico Sapu Jer Semuaaaa!!!” Grand Finale!
