The rumours came about when the Group CEO of SM Entertainment Kim Young-min was in Malaysia to visit the KL Sports City in Bukit Jalil.
As the photo spread around various social media platforms, netizens began to speculate on the possibility of SM Town Live tour happening in Malaysia.
For those of you who may not know, SM Town Live is an annual concert tour, featuring all the recording artistes under SM Entertainment including EXO, NCT, Red Velvet, Shinee, Super Junior and more.

CEO of Malaysia Stadium Corporation (PSM) Nik Razeen Adam Daud was there to welcome the delegates from SM Entertainment.
