Calling for all Malaysian INSPIRITS because INFINITE (인피니트) member Sung-Kyu (김성규) is joining the list of Korean acts coming to Malaysia! The singer recently dropped the teaser for his upcoming Asia tour “LV3: Let’s Vacay” – and Kuala Lumpur is one of the stops!
The idol previously announced his upcoming solo concert in Seoul – but it seems the concert is now a tour. According to the official poster shared through Twitter, the idol will be visiting Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Bangkok and Hong Kong. The tour will be Sung-Kyu’s first solo concert in Malaysia, and adding more excitement is that the INFINITE member will perform in KL for not one but two days!
If you’re unfamiliar with Sung-Kyu, he is the leader of the popular K-pop boy band INFINITE. He’s also an accomplished solo artist, debuting in 2012 with the EP album “Another Me”. Since then, Sung-Kyu has released multiple albums and singles, with his most recent solo release being a remake of the 1999 track “Feeling” by Kim Sarang. He also recently made a comeback alongside his INFINITE group mates with the digital single “Flower”.
Sung-Kyu has found success as both an INFINITE member and a soloist. He’s also regarded as one of the best vocalists in K-pop, applauded for his incredible range and control. Besides his work as a singer and idol, Sung-Kyu is a celebrated musical actor and has appeared in renowned musical productions such as “Xcalibur” and “Kinky Boots”. It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! After teasing his first solo concert in Malaysia, South Korean singer and INFINITE leader Kim Sung Kyu has finally revealed more details of his highly anticipated concert!
If you missed it, the idol will be in town on 10th and 11th August for a two-day concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur as part of his upcoming Asia tour. The concert is organised by D-SHOW, with Offbeat and 43 Agency as promoters. Following a sensational kickoff in Seoul, Kim Sung Kyu is now set to bring his first solo concert to Malaysia on 10th August and 11th August at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
