EXO (엑소) have officially made their return with the release of a cinematic trailer and teaser photos for “REVERXE”, instantly reigniting excitement among fans. However, the celebratory mood has been tempered by the absence of Chen (첸), Baekhyun (백현) and Xiumin (시우민), a.k.a CBX (첸백시).
Amid this backdrop, INB100 has released a firm update on the legal actions it is taking to protect Baekhyun from harassment and the spread of false and malicious information. The agency made it clear that it maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards defamatory content and unlawful behaviour targeting the artist.

In an official statement issued on 18th December, INB100 confirmed that formal complaints have been filed with investigative authorities. These actions are based on evidence gathered through internal monitoring as well as reports submitted by fans.
According to the agency, the complaints involve multiple charges, including defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act, insult, and violations of the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes. INB100 stressed that all cases are being pursued strictly in line with legal procedures.

The agency also revealed that one case filed with the Gwangjin Police Station in April 2025 has already resulted in a fine being imposed. Meanwhile, additional cases filed with the Gangnam Police Station in May and the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Cyber Investigation Unit in September are currently under active investigation.
INB100 acknowledged that legal processes can take time but assured fans that meaningful updates will be shared when available. The statement concluded with a note of gratitude to fans for their continued support, reaffirming the agency’s commitment to safeguarding Baekhyun’s rights and wellbeing.
