At Umasa, Indonesian cuisine comes to life with elegance and authenticity. Inspired by the iconic phrase “Dari Sabang Sampai Merauke,” the menu takes guests on a journey across the archipelago, celebrating diverse flavours and honouring Indonesia’s rich traditions and heritage.

Umasa offers an unforgettable dining experience with signature dishes like Lobster Marina from Flores, paired with bold sambal luat, and smoked Iga Babi Panggang with sautéed cassava and sambal andaliman. Signature dishes like Tofu Avocado, Egg & Ikura, Ikan Bakar Parape, and Flores Lobster Pasta showcase the region’s gastronomic heritage with a modern twist.
