Ice Watch Malaysia and The Marathon Company have yet again collaborated for their 5th consecutive run event but this time there is a special, exciting twist. It will be done during the night! So no more worrying about getting a sunburn anymore this time around!
The last successful run event that Ice-Watch hosted was back in 2019 and was called Ice-Watch Light Up The Day Run 2019. The event was the absolute talk of the town and knowing Ice-Watch, you know that this year would be better than ever. This time round, the run is called Ice-Watch Light Up The Night Run 2022. A beautiful play on words there Ice-Watch!
The highlight of the run this time is, runners would be able to choose their own Ice Watch Colour Event T-Shirt and their very own Ice Generation Ice-Watch! But of course, nothing in life is really free. For runners who want to get their own Ice-Watch, they should purchase the VIP slot tickets for a mere RM150. But do keep in mind that the Ice Generation Ice-Watch is priced at a staggering RM489! So this would be a deal of a lifetime!
The Ice Generation Ice-Watch features a whopping seven (yes, that’s right, seven!) different colours for runners to choose from including; black, white, blue, orange, yellow, pink, and green! Ice-Watch thinks ahead for users who love to match accessories to their outfits. The colours come in flashy neon so seeing reading the time at night would not be a problem for users.
The Light Up The Night Run 2022 is set to take place on 3rd December at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. So that should give you plenty of time to get your marathon body to work. Flag-off time starts at 8:30pm so come early to handle any preparations you feel necessary. It’s also advisable to come way earlier to avoid any traffic that may come.
Tickets start at RM55 for the 5KM Fun Run Open, RM65 for the 10KM Men and Women Open, and a steady RM150 for all KMs including a free Ice-Generation Ice-Watch. Runners are also entitled to many other goodies such as the Ice-Watch shirts (come in multiple Ice-Generation colours), an Ice-Watch Light Up The Night 2022 medal, and a poster. What a deal!
