The music video for BIGBANG‘s latest single from their “MADE Series” releases, “맨정신” (Sober) has been released!
You’ve heard BIGBANG’s “Loser” and “Bae Bae” (MADE Series M), as well as “Bang Bang Bang” and “We Like 2 Party” (MADE Series A). Now get a load of this next song! Prior to its release, expectations for the single ran high as the teaser image hinted that “Sober” would be a happy song. As expected, “Sober” is an upbeat, summer-y track that embraces a slightly dreamy, less trippy concept as compared to “Bae Bae”.
And the music video didn’t disappoint either!
The song practically came to life, with each member jumping, running, and spinning around in their respective individual sets. Each individual set is put together artistically e.g. leader G-Dragon’s is filled with beds while Taeyang is trapped in a steam shower. Just when you think they won’t all come together for a “grand finale”, towards the end, the BIGBANG boys can be seen running free in a field, like they’re “running towards their dreams”, as the huge signage would suggest.
