Im Siwan (임시완), who is currently serving in the military, has dropped a sweet OST for his new drama “The King In Love” (왕은 사랑한다).
Titled “My Heart” (내 마음은), the beautiful ballad was created by the producer team 1601, who previously worked on Jung Seung Hwan’s “If It Is You” for tvN’s “Another Oh Hae Young.”
Featuring acoustic and orchestral tunes, the track depicts Siwan’s character Wang Won’s feelings for YoonA’s Eun San. The music video features several scenes from “The King In Love”.
“Without knowing, I’m calling out to you/ My heart is beating toward you/ I want to go to you, hold you and kiss you/ My eyes that looked at you/ I want to give them to you,” sings the ZE:A member.
Based on Kim Yi Ryung’s novel of the same name, the story follows the tragic yet beautiful romance of Wang Won, an ambitious crown prince who desires power more than anything else; his childhood friend and bodyguard Wang Rin (played by Hong Jong Hyun), an upright young man who is also of royal descent; and the beautiful Eun San, the only daughter of the wealthiest man in town.
“The King In Love” airs every Monday and Tuesday at 9pm. It is available first and exclusively on ONE HD, Astro Ch. 393.
