The last time label mates Epik High and Lee Hi worked together, they spun out the hit single “It’s Cold”.
And now the YG Entertainment singers have collaborated again – this time on “Can You Hear My Heart (내 마음이 들리나요)”, which is one of the soundtracks for “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (달의 연인 – 보보경심 려)“.
It’s Epik High first OST in 8 years, as their previous release was in 2008 for the film “Dachimawa Lee”. However, it’s Lee Hi’s first ever original soundtrack.
The OST, which was released yesterday, features Tablo and Mithra Jin’s rapid fire rap with Lee Hi’s haunting vocals. With lyrics such as “Trying to forget, and also trying to forget I tried to forget you,” the song is an anthem for the broken hearted ones.

The drama has a star-studded cast, with Lee Jun Ki, IU, EXO’s Baekhyun, Kang Ha Neul, Nam Joo Hyuk, SNSD’s Seohyun, and more starring in it. Baekhyun’s bandmates Chen and Xiumin are also taking part in the OST for the drama, and SNSD’s Taeyeon and Davichi also contributed their vocals.
