Good news for the fans of Hong Kong actor and singer Ekin Cheng (鄭伊健) because the star just announced his upcoming concert in Malaysia! The superstar will perform at the Arena of Stars in Resorts World Genting this July as part of his “Here & Now” tour. An icon within the Hong Kong and Chinese entertainment industry, 57-year-old Ekin is renowned as an actor with works like “The Golden Job” and “Rule No.1”.
However, he has also led a successful music career with a diverse discography filled with classic hits like “Gan Xin Ti Dai Ni (甘心替代你)” from the “Young and Dangerous” soundtrack. While he has moved away from the spotlight over the past few years, his popularity never died down. In 2022, the star announced nine concerts at the Hong Kong Coliseum, and tickets to all dates sold out almost immediately, proving that Ekin still has that star power.
Ekin’s upcoming concert will be his first live show in Malaysia in over five years. The “Here & Now” concert is jointly organised by GME International, Golden Deer Jr. Entertainment and SunStrong Entertainment. Here are the details of the concert, including ticketing and seating arrangements:
