Jumero takes the Amplify stage!
Guinness Amplify, the music platform championing bold Malaysian musicians recently made its triumphant return with a new side-stream series – Amplify: Curates. Holding the concept of “paying it forward”, Amplify: Curates highlights one local artiste who will choose 2 to 3 more local acts to a share a stage with, giving them a chance to shine.
The Guinness Amplify: Curates series kicked off in April 2015 with Sabahan songstress Froya headlining the show. Supported by Jumero, 2DB and Rozella Marie, Guinness Amplify: Curates presents Froya also served as the official launch for Froya’s new album, “Panic Bird”.
Now following the success of the inaugural event, Guinness Amplify returns with another show in its “Curates” series and this time round, the black brew supporting Malaysian musicians will feature local 3-piece indie band, Jumero, who will be launching their debut album, “Stepping Stones” at the event.
Set to happen on August 21st (Friday), Guinness Amplify: Curates presents Jumero will also see the band share the stage with all-female quartet Crinkle Cut, and singer-songwriter Natallie Ng. Event details are as follows:
