Uber announced their RM0.99 promo just yesterday (Monday, 13th February) and it seems like their rival Grab is not going to take it sitting down. The latter company is now offering free rides to all of their users for the next 2 weeks.
If the fare of your ride is RM7 or lower, you’ll be entitled for a free ride. Grab’s promo also applies to all rides, regardless of the location. This means that it’s not restricted to the Klang Valley, unlike Uber’s. It will also be applicable during standstill traffic and can be used for GrabCar and GrabTaxi.
How to redeem this promo? Well, just key in this promo code before you book your ride:

However, take note that the promo is only limited to 10,000 redemption per day, and each customer can only redeem up to 30 free Grab rides for the whole duration. The promo also won’t be applicable for rides to and fro KLIA and KLIA2.
Grab’s promo starts today (Tuesday, 14th February) and will run ’til 28th February (Tuesday).
